These terms govern your use of efficient-erp.com, operated by Efficient Pty Ltd (ABN 74 691 451 760) of 368 Sussex Street, Sydney NSW 2000, Australia. A subscription to the EFFICIENT platform is also governed by the plan and subscription agreement you accept when you sign up.

Using this website
You may use this site for lawful purposes only. You must not interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system or data, or scrape or reproduce its content other than as permitted by law.
Subscriptions & billing
Platform plans and their inclusions are described on our pricing page. Fees are billed as a recurring subscription per the plan you choose; prices are in Australian dollars and, unless stated otherwise, exclusive of GST.
Network-plan pricing is quoted individually. We will give you reasonable notice of any change to your plan’s pricing before it takes effect.
Your data stays yours
You own the business data you store in EFFICIENT. You grant us the licence needed to host, process and back it up in order to provide the service. On cancellation we will make your data available for export for a reasonable period before deletion.
Acceptable use
You must not use the platform to store or distribute unlawful content, to infringe the rights of others, to attempt to breach tenancy isolation or security controls, or to resell the service without our agreement. We may suspend access that puts the platform or other subscribers at risk.
Intellectual property
The EFFICIENT platform, this website and their content (other than your data) are owned by Efficient Pty Ltd or its licensors. If you give us feedback or suggestions, we may use them to improve the product without restriction.
Availability & support
We work to keep the platform available around the clock, but we do not promise uninterrupted operation — maintenance, upgrades and events outside our control can affect availability. Support is included with every plan; priority support is included with Network plans.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other laws that cannot be excluded. Subject to those laws, our liability for any claim arising out of the site or the service is limited, at our election, to resupplying the service or to the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim arose, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
Suspension, termination & general
You may cancel your subscription in accordance with your plan. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms that is not remedied after notice.
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and the courts of that state have jurisdiction. We may update these terms from time to time; the date above reflects the latest revision.
